Goong Tan grew more terrified of Wonjewong after learning that she had awakened and called on Gusunsae to cast wicked illusions over everyone.
The reason Yeom Ji had been on Goong Tan’s side until he killed her best friend while reawakening Gusunsae was also revealed in episode 9.
Van and Yohan stop Gusunsae in episode 10 from carrying out a terrible massacre at the high school. Yet, when his brother assaulted Yeom Ji’s home, Van fought back fiercely. Miho assaulted Goong Tan once more during the struggle, which brought back all of her memories of her previous existence. Gungtan’s complete wrath and insanity over Miho regaining her memories led him to start planning the end show.
