The Eras Tour, Taylor Swift’s sixth headlining tour, has begun. At Glendale, Arizona’s State Farm Stadium, the tour began on Friday. The pop star’s 52-date tour is her first in over five years following her Reputation Stadium Tour in 2018.
Swift had stated in her announcement of the concerts that they would be “a trip across all of my musical periods.” The setlist for the Eras Tour was a mystery to the fans at the time. Following the first concert, the setlist has been officially confirmed.

The Eras is a 52-Date Tour
Swift is giving various dates of performances at locations all around the US. She will play in Las Vegas for two nights after kicking off the tour in Glendale, Arizona, on March 17 and 18, before continuing on to Arlington, Texas, for three gigs. After that, she will perform three times each in Tampa, Texas; Houston, Texas; and Atlanta, Georgia.
Swift will give three performances each in East Rutherford, New Jersey; Foxborough, Massachusetts; Nashville, Tennessee; and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in May. Chicago, Illinois; Detroit, Michigan; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Minneapolis, Minnesota; and Cincinnati, Ohio, are among the month’s venues.
Moreover, the singer will perform in Santa Clara, California; Denver, Colorado; Seattle, Washington; and Kansas City, Missouri. Beginning in early August, she will wrap up the tour with five performances at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
Swift Broke the Record for the Most Tickets Sold in a Single Day with The Eras Tour
In November of last year, tickets for the concerts went on sale. A new record for the “most concert tickets sold by an artist in a single day” was set on the first day when 2.4 million tickets were sold. At the time, ‘historically enormous demand with millions showing up’ caused Ticketmaster’s website to fail.
Due to the occurrence, the “lack of competition in the ticketing market” became a topic of discussion, and even Congress was forced to convene hearings on the subject. The COVID epidemic forced Swift to postpone her previous performance tour, the Lover Fest.
